This License Agreement ("License") governs your use of the software products provided by the Talbots project ("we" or "our"). By using the software or documentation ("Software Products"), you agree to the terms of this License. If you do not agree to this License, you are not authorized to use the Software Products.


We grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, royalty-free, and limited license to reproduce, distribute, and create derivative works of the Software solely for non-commercial research purposes. You may make copies of the Documentation for use in connection with the licensed Software. No other licenses are granted.


You must not use, modify, copy, distribute, or reproduce the Software Products for commercial purposes, military use, surveillance, biometric processing, or in any manner that violates third-party rights or applicable laws. You must not alter or remove copyright and proprietary notices on the Software Products or circumvent any security measures implemented by us.
